Danielle Flowers, DVM

Dr. Danielle Flowers is a lifelong animal lover who knew she wanted to be a veterinarian from the age of five. She grew up in rural northern Illinois, where she developed a strong passion for horses and spent much of her childhood either in the saddle or shadowing veterinarians throughout the region. Dr. Flowers graduated from Aurora University in 2018 with a degree in Biology and was accepted into veterinary school immediately after. In 2022, she earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from the University of Illinois College of Veterinary Medicine and moved to Wyoming shortly after graduation, eager to be closer to the mountains.

Dr. Flowers, already a well-rounded veterinarian, has always enjoyed a wide variety of cases—including cattle work, small animal medicine, equine care, and even some exotics—which is exactly why she is such a great fit for our CVH team. Joining us in January 2026, she is especially excited to help expand access to cattle work in the Cody and surrounding areas. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys spending time with her horses, dogs, and cats. In the summer, you’ll often find her hiking, riding, and enjoying the outdoors, or expressing her creative side through painting and drawing in scenic places.
