“Variety is the very spice of life, that gives it all its flavor.”
– William Cowper, 1785
While we are a few hundred years ahead of this phrase, our ideology for mixed animal practice is the same!

Where:
We are the luckiest people alive. We get to live in the most beautiful mountainous country, just 50 miles from Yellowstone National Park.
If you enjoy fishing, hiking, skiing, biking, horseback riding, or simply existing in God’s country, come join us!
What:
We are absolutely a mixed animal practice.
Some days are filled with routine care for small, furry friends; others involve flying into remote ranches to tend to livestock and horses.
If you have an interest in orthopedic surgery, equine lameness, multi-species reproduction, or general medicine and routine care, we’ve got options for you!
No two days are the same — and we wouldn’t have it any other way.
This is a pro-sal position, meaning we start you at a logical base salary and pay you production when you earn above your base.
Additional benefits include:
AVMA membership
Wyoming VMA membership
One professional organization membership of your choice
Professional liability insurance
$1,500 toward CE plus 5 days paid CE time
10 days paid vacation plus 3 days paid sick leave
Health insurance stipend
401K retirement plan with employer match
Why:
The honest truth — our weather isn’t always glamorous!
However, we’re equipped with haul-in facilities for both horses and cattle, plus a fully functional small animal hospital.
We rotate after-hours on-call duties among our doctors and stay flexible to ensure everyone maintains a healthy work-life balance.
Why do we do this? Because while life isn’t always beautiful, we find beauty every day in serving our clients and their animals.
What We Can Do for You:
Mentorship and support: We’re here to help you shape your practice experience the way you want it to be.
Need extra training or continuing education? We’ll help you get there.
Have a new idea for scheduling or workflow? Let’s hear it!
Need to swap a night on call? No problem.
Veterinary medicine is a close-contact, team sport, and we want you on our team.
We want you to know that your work matters — and that you matter.
